PC to PPC, i need infos

Well, Im going to port my PC game to PPC QVGA. And here some info i need :
- how should i use the touchscreen control?by tap the pointer, or display a virtual pad?
- how big the average clockspeed for PPC processor right now?
- is there some d-pad on modern PPC?

ok the speed of a pocketpc is 200mhz
The pocket pc QVGA has 4 button directional controls.
You can also program soft keys too.
Only the modern pocket pc you need onscreen controls VGA and WVGA I develop for WVGA myself.
